Richard J. Zook focuses his practice on handling complex business lawsuits in state and federal courts and in arbitration. His experience in commercial trial law has involved representing both defendants and plaintiffs in lawsuits involving breach of contract, antitrust, securities fraud, fiduciary duties, fraud, shareholder and partnership agreements, class actions, and more. He has represented clients in a diverse range of businesses in Houston and across the world, most notably large oil and gas companies as well as hospitals, physicians, and IPAs.
