Roger D. Aksamit focuses his practice on counseling energy industry and other business clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing and joint venture transactions, and working with public and closely held companies, diverse business entities, and partnerships in all aspects of transactional tax matters and planning. He is Board Certified in Tax Law and Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
