Practice Description
Thad Armstrong focuses his practice on commercial transactions with an emphasis on real estate and lending. This includes retail, office, and industrial acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, development, and management; entity formation; and landlord and tenant disputes. Mr. Armstrong also focuses his practice on commercial and residential restrictions; foreclosures and deeds in lieu thereof; easement, license, and drill site agreements; title and survey analysis; homeowners association formation; and construction and architect agreements.
