Practice Description
Ron W. Fry negotiates, drafts, reviews, and interprets agreements in connection with the acquisition and sale of oil and gas properties, pipeline systems, and the processing of treatment plants. He also assists clients with the processing, gathering, and transportation of gas; the purchase and sale of gas and electrical energy; the construction and operation of jointly-owned pipelines, processing plants, and other properties; and the performance of swap transactions.
Mr. Fry regularly advises clients concerning the rules and regulations of the Texas Railroad Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that relate to oil and gas pipelines in Texas and around the U.S.
