Practice Description

Glenn Reitman focuses his practice on commercial transactions with an emphasis on real estate and banking matters. Mr. Reitman's leasing experience includes representing national and regional retail, commercial, and industrial tenants and owners, and large and small office building landlords, tenants, and managers in connection with all aspects of lease negotiations, drafting, and counseling, including restructuring of existing leases, ground leases, net leases, and sale-leaseback transactions.

Mr. Reitman's other real estate experience includes representation relative to all property types, including commercial sites, hotels, retail properties, office properties, and multi-family properties, in all aspects of transactions including acquisition/disposition, pre-development, and development.

Mr. Reitman's banking experience includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in secured lending transactions, asset securitization, sale-leaseback transactions, bareboat charters, and real estate workouts and foreclosures.

Mr. Reitman also has experience in general corporate transactions, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
