David T. Grand Jr. focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital market transactions, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Grand also advises clients in connection with entity formation, negotiation of partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements, and compliance with securities laws as well as a wide range of domestic and international business-related issues and corporate matters.
