M. Lawrence (Larry) Hicks, Jr. is a Real Estate and Banking Partner and also serves as the Firm's Administrative Partner. His practice encompasses workout agreements and foreclosures and multi-state real estate lending transactions, purchases and sales, ground leases, and all aspects of shopping center development, ownership and financing.
His expertise includes conveyances, leases, reciprocal easements, operating agreements, management agreements, loan documents, and reviewing title reports, surveys, zoning ordinances, and other regulations affecting the intended use of real estate.
