John H. Martin focuses his practice on mass tort and catastrophic injury, aviation, insurance coverage, professional liability, hospital and other healthcare, and general business and commercial litigation. He represents major commercial air carriers, aviation product manufacturers, and general aviation interests in accident litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation, and represents insurance carriers in major bad faith litigation. Mr. Martin's professional liability practice encompasses the representation of attorneys, law firms, health care providers, and other professionals.
