Cynthia S. Pladziewicz focuses on attorney development through structured programming, mentoring, and coaching at the practice group and Firm-wide level. She is a former Thompson & Knight real estate partner with 10 years of experience as a clinical psychologist in private practice at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.
In her previous role as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University, Dr. Pladziewicz developed and taught several courses in the areas of law and psychology.
