Practice Description
Debra J. Villarreal's practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of oil and gas properties. She counsels clients and prepares agreements in relation to exploration and production activities. Ms. Villarreal also has expertise in oil and gas title due diligence in the acquisition of properties. In addition, she represents lenders and borrowers in oil and gas secured lending and provides advice and counseling with respect to secured transactions governed by the Uniform Commercial Code.
