Elizabeth A. Webb focuses her practice on environmental law and environmental litigation. Her counseling practice encompasses such matters as the application of hazardous waste regulations to various plant operations and environmental and city code enforcement concerns in real estate transactions.
Ms. Webb also represents clients before local environmental agencies and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and in judicial litigation in Superfund enforcement actions.

Assisted in the representation of a tire manufacturer in a CERCLA lawsuit where the government sought reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with a site and an injunction for defendants to remediate the site; assisted in developing and evaluating the remedies proposed to the court and participated in creating an allocation scheme to allocate costs at the site
