Practice Description

Practicing out of both the Firm's Tokyo and New York offices, Toshi Yoshida focuses on structuring and negotiating global energy projects, oil and gas transactions, and LNG projects and terminals. He has particular experience with Japanese clients, however Mr. Yoshida has also worked with numerous clients in the energy arena around the world. Mr. Yoshida also has experience working in the energy and oil and gas industry in Tokyo and Singapore. In addition, he has held board positions with Japan Australia LNG (MIMI) Pty. Ltd., Novus Petroleum Ltd. in Australia, and IB Daiwa Corporation.
