Practice Description
Shelly A. Youree provides advice and counseling to employers and fiduciaries in all areas of employee benefits, executive compensation, and stock and incentive programs. Her expertise encompasses tax and ERISA issues involved in program design, administration of qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation programs and welfare benefit plans, preparation and review of plan and related documentation, and assistance with plan implementation and obtaining governmental approvals. Ms. Youree also counsels clients on employee benefit and executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions.

Represented a publicly held corporation involved in a tender offer with issues related to a 401(k) plan, money purchase pension plan, stock option plan, and director fee deferral program; also assisted the client with executive compensation matters
