Gaye White represents clients in all aspects of oil and gas law, primarily in transactional matters and regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies. Using her prior experience as a petroleum engineer, she counsels clients on a broad range of matters in the oil and gas industry and represents clients in acquisitions and dispositions of oil and gas properties, midstream assets, and natural resources companies. She also has extensive experience in advising clients on matters involving well permits, force pooling, field rules, oil and gas leases, pooling and unitization agreements, joint operating agreements, royalties, participation agreements, seismic permits, pipeline permits, gathering and compression agreements, due diligence, and title disputes.
Gaye also advises clients in matters concerning electric, gas, and water utility regulation. She has represented clients on utility matters both in contested hearings at state agencies and in appeals of administrative rulings in state trial and appellate courts.
