Austin Teng focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, with extensive experience in software engineering. His litigation experience includes misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark cybersquatting, breach of contract, and fraud matters. Austin has prosecuted patents and trademarks in the computer, electrical, and mechanical arts, including international prosecution of a global telecommunications portfolio, and has substantial experience preparing license agreements and non-infringement opinions.
