  • Represented DVI in a securitization of domestic Brazilian healthcare loan receivables that included political risk insurance

  • Represented Compañía de Servicios de Compressión de Campeche as borrower in a project financing relating to a Mexican offshore gas compression facility

  • Represented Brazilian borrowers in pre-export credit facilities
  • Represented members of the Votorantim Group in entering into or refinancing secured credit facilities
  • Represented Rabobank Nederland in construction financings for ammonia plants in Trinidad and Tobago and a domestic secured acquisition financing
  • Represented Winstar in bank and vendor telecommunications financings, restructuring negotiations, and bankruptcy proceedings
