Commercial Real Estate Associate | Real Estate and Banking | New York
Candidates should have 2-4 years (JD 2018-2016) of experience focused on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Qualified candidates will possess experience representing clients buying and selling commercial real estate as well as handling loan transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills as well as the ability to manage transactions. Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school are required.
Associate/Counsel | Environmental | Austin or Houston
Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of environmental law experience, including experience with compliance counseling, advising on environmental matters in corporate and commercial transactions, due diligence, and interactions with applicable regulatory agencies. Subject matter expertise should include air emissions, industrial and hazardous waste, water quality, wetlands, endangered species, contaminated properties, and other state and federal environmental regulatory requirements. Excellent writing skills and academic credentials from an accredited law school are required.
Associate | Real Estate and Banking | Dallas or Houston
Candidates should have 3-4 years (JD 2016-2017) of real estate finance experience with significant traditional lending experience. Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school are required.
