“Success in the legal profession is as much about opportunity as it is about merit. My first opportunity with Thompson & Knight came through the Houston Bar Association’s Minority Opportunities in the Legal Profession program. TK’s commitment to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive legal profession has been an important part of my path to partnership at one of Texas’ oldest and most recognized firms. It’s something that I’m proud to be a part of and proud to pay forward.”

Thompson & Knight has established a 1L Diversity Fellowship Program to invest in outstanding diverse law students by providing important resources, including work experience, networking, and mentoring to enhance opportunities for success.
