  • Represented the purchaser, an NYSE-listed retailer, in a $210 million acquisition of stock of a national retailer with over 100 locations in the U.S. and Canada
  • Represented the purchaser, an NYSE-listed company, in a $450 million acquisition of stock of an oil and gas exploration and development company
  • Represented the seller, a national retailer, in a $105 million sale of a call center subsidiary
  • Represented a consumer finance company engaged in originating and holding for investment automobile finance receivables and promissory notes, in its $100 million all-cash merger with an affiliate of Aquiline Capital Partners LLC, a New York-based private equity firm investing in the financial services sector.
