Hugh Blevins' practice has included project development; sales and acquisitions; commission agreements; commercial loans; problem loans, workouts, foreclosures and collection; and oil and gas matters. His project development experience has extended to formation of ownership entities; listing contracts; agreements to sell and purchase real estate; reciprocal easement and operating agreements; building construction contracts; hotel and other management agreements; and leases.   • Drafted agreements for a church in a complex exchange of its building for the building of another church
  • Helped a physician negotiate a lease in a hospital's new medical office building
  • Advised a local charity in amending burdensome restrictive covenants, obtaining legal access to its facility, and quieting title to part of its real estate
  • Drafted the real estate documents for a charitable organization to lease part of its facility to a for-profit entity, yet maintain its exemption from property taxes on the remaining part of the facility
