Joel Fine focuses his practice on commercial finance and investment transactions. He has experience with domestic and foreign tax law, which includes developing and implementing tax-efficient corporate and capital structures for oilfield services companies, chemical and industrial manufacturers, private equity funds, and sovereign funds; assessing potential tax impact of domestic and cross-border transactions and business operations; and advising clients on tax compliance and mitigation related to mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, debt restructurings, profit repatriation, and tax reform.
