Posted by Rich PhillipsIn its weekly order lists for the last two weeks, the Supreme Court of Texas has started to fill out its fall argument calendar by scheduling argument in cases that had already been granted for review. The Court has not granted review in any new cases in the last two weeks.There are a couple of items of note. The Court has set argument in the latest school-finance case (No. 14-0776) on September 1, 2015. The Court has not yet determined how much time will be allotted for the argument, but it is the only case that will be argued on that day.The Court will be hitting the road to hear arguments at Abilene Christian University in Abilene on Friday, November 13, 2015.
