DALLAS — The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to congratulate Meghan McCaig for obtaining Board Certification by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Labor and Employment Law.
Ms. McCaig is a Partner in the Firm’s Dallas office, focusing on employment-related litigation as well as other types of business litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes and oil and gas matters. She has represented clients in Texas, Oklahoma, New York, California, Illinois, New Jersey, and Mississippi in federal and state trial and appellate courts and before arbitration panels. She has been consecutively named to the elite list of Texas Rising Stars® by Thomson Reuters since 2017 and was recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40 in Dallas” by D Magazine in January 2020.
Ms. McCaig received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.B.A., summa cum laude, also from Southern Methodist University.
