DALLAS — The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce Adrienne E. Dominguez has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) . She will serve a three-year term.
Ms. Dominguez is a Partner in the Firm’s Dallas office. She focuses her practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation. Ms. Dominguez’s experience includes representing national clients in cases involving patent and copyright infringement claims, with a particular expertise in patent infringement damages. She has also litigated complex commercial matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets, recovery of health care benefits, and antitrust, class action, and breach of contract lawsuits. Ms. Dominguez received her J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law and her A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University.
In addition to her involvement with HAA, Ms. Dominguez serves as Co-Chair of the Schools and Scholarships Committee at the Harvard Club of Dallas, President of the Dallas Hispanic Law Foundation, Chair of Thompson & Knight’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and Co-Chair of Thompson & Knight’s Women’s Initiative Group, among other memberships. She has been recognized for her outstanding intellectual property practice by Texas Super Lawyers® by Thomson Reuters for (2017-2018) and Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine (2016-2017, 2019). She was honored by the Texas Diversity Council in 2017 with the Dallas Top 50 Women Lawyers Award and was a recipient of the Hiram S. Hunn Memorial Schools and Scholarships Award by Harvard University in 2018.
