Dallas – The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce P. Mike McCullough has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Ability Connection. He will serve a three-year term beginning in 2019.
Mr. McCullough is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Dallas office and a member of the Tax Practice Group. Mr. McCullough focuses his practice on estate planning and probate law, fiduciary administration, federal income tax matters, charitable planned giving, and the representation of tax-exempt organizations including private foundations. He has lectured on topics affecting tax-exempt organizations and dealing with tax estate planning and probate law, and has written numerous articles and papers on tax, estate planning, probate law, and nonprofit organizations law for various publications.
Among his many commitments, he serves on the boards of numerous civic organizations and is actively involved in legal professional organizations.
