Dallas – The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce The Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court has selected Jasmine S. Wynton to serve as an Associate of the Inn. Her one-year term begins in September and will be her second, one-year term as an Associate.
Ms. Wynton is a Trial Associate in the Firm’s Dallas office. She represents clients in a variety of business litigation matters in state and federal courts, with an emphasis in defending companies in civil disputes involving allegations of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contracts and employment discrimination. In addition, she advises clients on compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws and other employment-related statutes. Ms. Wynton is a member of the Federal, Texas, and Dallas Bar Associations, and the Junior League of Dallas. She is a past director and current co-chair of the Membership Committee for the J.L. Turner Legal Association, and currently serves as the Firm’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder Program participant.
