T&K Expands Government and Regulatory Practice in Austin

Dallas – The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Michael McMillin as an Associate in the Government and Regulatory Practice Group in the Firm’s Austin office.

McMillin focuses his practice on litigation and administrative law matters. He has represented clients in a wide range of commercial and government litigation matters, including business and tort disputes as well as administrative litigation before the Texas Racing Commission. His experience also includes public utility and construction compliance issues.

Admitted to practice in Texas, McMillin earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2013 and a B.A. in Plan 2/History and a B.B.A. in Business Honors/International Business from The University of Texas in Austin in 2009. He serves as Attorney Coach  for The University of Texas Undergraduate Mock Trial Team and is a member of  The Robert W. Calvert Inn of Court. Prior to joining Thompson & Knight, McMillin was a Litigation Associate at Andrews Kurth, LLP in Austin.
