Dallas – The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce Partner Kenn W. Webb has been elected President of the Board of Directors for The Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse (“The Council”), a non-profit organization focused on improving health, safety, and productivity in Dallas-area communities by reducing the incidence and impact of alcohol and drug abuse. He will serve a one-year term.
Mr. Webb is a Corporate and Securities Partner in the Firm’s Dallas office where he represents businesses ranging from industry leaders to start-up ventures in the areas of corporate finance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. He is consistently recognized for his legal work, including being selected for inclusion in Texas Super Lawyers® (2003-2005; 2012-2013). In addition to his involvement with The Council, he is involved in professional organizations including the American, Texas, and Dallas Bar Associations.
