Paul Corley's practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and financings involving banks, thrifts, trust companies, finance companies, insurance companies, and other financial institutions; banking, insurance, and trust product structuring and financing; financial institution regulation, compliance, and enforcement; and charter, licensing, merger, conversion, and expansion applications.
