Alexander Witschey focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, energy projects, and other transactional matters, with particular emphasis on clients in the midstream and downstream oil and gas, power generation, and renewable energy industries.  His midstream and downstream experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including crude oil gathering agreements, pipeline capacity leases, terminal storage and services agreements, and crude oil and refined product procurement and marketing agreements.  His energy project experience includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts; operation and maintenance services agreements; development services agreements; and transition services agreements.  Alex regularly advises clients in drafting, negotiating, and closing master services agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and confidentiality agreements, and he also has experience drafting and negotiating equity purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documents.
