Amy Curtis’ practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and securities matters. Her expertise includes public and private debt and equity offerings; tender offers, mergers, and stock and asset acquisitions; SEC reporting and general securities compliance; and general corporate, partnership, limited liability company, and contract matters. In addition, Amy has advised clients on the adoption and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Represented a public oil and gas exploration and production company with an enterprise value in excess of $4.5 billion in a negotiated tender offer
- Represented sellers of a private company in a $3.7 billion sale of a controlling interest to a consortium of funds
