Ashley Anderson has a wide-ranging real estate transactional practice, representing domestic and foreign purchasers, sellers, lenders, and investors in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas, the Southwest, and nationwide. She has significant experience buying and selling office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, industrial facilities, raw land, and hotels, and she regularly represents landlords and tenants in all stages of commercial lease negotiations.

Ashley has handled numerous transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, formation of ownership entities, and project development. Clients value her focused, practical, and efficient approach.
