Experience
Austin Teng focuses his practice on intellectual property, data privacy, and other technology matters, with extensive experience in software engineering and computers. His litigation experience includes patent, misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark cybersquatting, breach of contract, and fraud matters. Austin also advises clients on cybersecurity matters, including data breach response. Previously, Austin prosecuted trademarks and semiconductor, telecommunications, and medical device patents and has substantial experience preparing license agreements and non-infringement opinions.
