Experience

Brittney focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, business litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions, and corporate governance and internal investigations. Her experience includes representing corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, and other business torts. Brittney has also represented individuals in criminal proceedings.
