Craig helps companies and individuals protect, enforce, and monetize their IP assets, advising on a wide range of matters involving domestic and international trademark prosecution, global trademark portfolio management and enforcement, copyright registration and enforcement, and intellectual property licensing and acquisition. He has represented clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in ICANN domain name disputes.

Craig has extensive experience in the cybersecurity and data privacy arena, counseling clients in matters involving the collection and protection of confidential and personal information, including preparing for, investigating, and responding to data breaches; personal data collection and use; GDPR and CCPA implementation and compliance; preparing and implementing privacy policies and written information security policies; and data privacy in M&A transactions.
