  • Represented Canadian oilfield services company in connection with $275 million acquisition of U.S.-based international services company
  • Represented Korean heavy industrial company in connection with strategic acquisition of U.S. turbine service and repair business
  • Represented Canadian software solutions company in acquisition of U.S. land asset management software company
  • Represented issuer in Rule 144A offering of $300 million senior debt securities
  • Represented issuer in Rule 144A offering of $300 million senior secured debt securities
