He represents clients in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases (office, retail, and industrial), and construction-related contracts. Additionally, he represents U.S. and foreign lenders in a variety of lending transactions, including real estate, commercial and industrial, and energy.

  • Represented a national bank in connection with a $425 million loan secured by 20 industrial, retail, and office properties across five states
  • Represented a developer in connection with a $130 million loan secured by a 13-property industrial portfolio
  • Represented a developer in connection with the sale of a $95 million four-property portfolio
  • Represented a multinational convenience store chain in its Texas acquisitions, dispositions, and ground leases
  • Represented a Houston-based developer in acquisition and development of rail-served business parks in Texas and Louisiana
  • Represented a Houston landlord in an office lease involving 190,000 square feet and total rent of more than $52 million
  • Represented a national bank in personal and business loans to high-wealth individuals
  • Represented a Texas bank in structuring and documenting middle market loans secured by real estate, accounts, inventory, marine vessels, and aircraft
  • Represented a foreign bank in negotiation and documentation of a $900 million reserve-based facility
