For more than two decades, Dawn Wright has focused her practice on products liability and toxic tort litigation and the defense of asbestos products and premises liability claims, and currently serves as co-national asbestos litigation counsel in jurisdictions throughout the U.S. Dawn represents major, national product manufacturers and chemical distributors in toxic substances cases involving asbestos, silica, benzene, TCE, chlorinated solvents, and other substances. Her expertise encompasses the management, defense, and resolution of cases involving thousands of plaintiffs for national product manufacturers in courts across the Midwest.

Dawn’s clients include manufacturers and sellers of automotive components, railroad engines and other components, seat belt and restraint systems, cranes, forklifts, aviation products, and personal watercraft.  She currently serves as Chair of the Firm’s Industry Group for Torts, Products Liability, Transportation, Chemicals, and Manufacturing.
