Ed Sanchez assists the Firm’s Trial attorneys in representing clients in litigation matters in state and federal courts. Ed is experienced in all phases of litigation, including summarizing depositions, trials, and medical records; document control and analysis; database management; independently researching and analyzing law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and appeals for review, approval, and use by attorneys; drafting discovery requests and responses; assisting with deposition, arbitration, and trial preparation; providing trial support; and utilizing trial presentation software.
