Libby Hendrix assists the Firm’s estate planning and probate attorneys with the execution of estate planning documents, all aspects of probate administrations of estates and guardianships including, the filing of required probate pleadings, the preparation of inventories and accountings, and the preparation and filing of federal estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns.
Libby’s expertise includes the preparation of correspondence and pleadings, the valuation of all types of assets for estates and guardianships, the distribution of assets to trusts and individuals in accordance with clients’ wishes, including the preparation of deeds, stock transfers, and partition agreements. She performs due diligence in maintaining the status of estates, trusts, and guardianships for her attorneys and their clients.
