Jean Anderson assists the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization attorneys in representing creditors, debtors, and equity holders in complex corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy litigation. She supports the attorneys in preparing for proceedings before bankruptcy courts, federal and state trial courts, arbitration panels, and appellate courts. Jean’s responsibilities include drafting discovery, preparing statements of financial affairs, document production and analysis, and exhibit and trial preparation. Her experience also includes support regarding corporate and complex commercial litigation matters including oil and gas, title, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate matters.
