Jennifer Gadd Snow focuses her practice on regulatory, compliance, and administration issues in the healthcare area, as well as healthcare-related litigation. She has experience advising clients on their obligations and rights under contractual and legal frameworks, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark law, HIPAA/HITECH, and state law governing restrictive covenants.

  • Development of litigation and trial strategy for executive’s suit on employment contract, leading to jury verdict in favor of client and favorable resolution of related action
  • Coordination and planning of meetings with community and its leaders regarding design of client mixed-use development, leading to city’s full award to client of requested tax-increment financing
  • Analysis of client’s planned charitable activities in relation to its existing for-profit business, leading to IRS’s prompt grant of federal tax exemption for new charity
  • Discovery of standing argument that resulted in the plaintiff’s non-suit of client
  • Participation in a series of related multi-jurisdictional complex commercial litigation (state and federal) and arbitration matters in Texas and Delaware involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and wrongful termination related to redemption of partnership interest
  • Analysis and advice on political risk policy coverage relating to Latin American interests in an international receivership context
