  • Obtained a defense judgment for a corporate trustee charged with breach of fiduciary duty
  • Obtained a defense verdict for a custom refiner after a ten-week multi-party trial for allegedly distributing contaminated ethanol
  • Obtained a defense judgment for a shopping center owner in a suit to force access for speech and assembly
  • Obtained a defense verdict in an alleged criminal conspiracy
