John Orton has more than 40 years of experience advising financial institutions in a wide variety of lending situations, including all phases of residential lending, construction lending, and commercial real estate lending. John focuses his practice on atypical, challenging real estate transactions, particularly for wealthy individuals and private banks, including jumbo construction and residential loans; purchase and sale of properties, including condominiums and vacation homes; and commercial real estate loans heavily dependent on the financial strength of individuals. John is frequently sought after for his ability to think outside the box and provide unique solutions for his clients’ complex real estate transactions. In addition, John regularly provides in-house continuing education for clients.
