Kim McCrea focuses her practice on healthcare litigation and regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse analysis, contractual disputes, and evaluation and management of responses to investigations. She also has experience with general business and complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and banking and fiduciary litigation. Kim has previously tried numerous jury trials for the Dallas County District Attorney’s office.

  • Represented group of investors alleging fraud in oil and gas transaction
  • Obtained favorable settlements for hedge fund in multiple actions to enforce terms of PIPE transactions
  • Obtained total defense verdict for railroad in arbitration alleging wrongful termination of signal construction contract
  • Obtained summary judgment for seller of land in action brought by buyer to recover taxes
