Lindsay Kirton focuses her practice on multistate commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, and real estate development and leasing. She represents purchasers and sellers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of improved and unimproved real property. Additionally, she represents lenders and borrowers in connection with various lending transactions secured by or involving real estate, including construction, bridge loan, and permanent financing. Her experience also includes the representation of lenders involving asset-based loans.
