Micah Prude exclusively represents and advises employers and executives regarding sensitive and complex employment-related legal issues such as employee management, counseling, and discipline; non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality matters; and compliance with state and federal anti-discrimination laws. Micah has an active trial practice with lawsuits involving whistleblower retaliation (including claims under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and the Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA)), wrongful termination, harassment, wage-and-hour violations, and breach-of-contract issues.

Micah was recognized as a Recommended Attorney in The Legal 500 US 2015. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
