Sam Fubara focuses on acquisition and disposition transactions, primarily for clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors. His experience includes asset and equity acquisitions and divestitures, development and participation transactions, farmins, farmouts, and joint operating agreements. He has also assisted numerous borrowers and lenders in financing transactions secured by oil and gas assets, including, pipelines, producing properties, and undeveloped properties.
