Sara Thornton focuses her practice on a wide range of real estate and real estate finance matters. Sara regularly represents landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions on a state and national level, and has experience working with clients on landlord-tenant disputes. She represents purchasers, owners, and developers in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of a variety of improved and unimproved real property, and also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with lending transactions secured by or involving real property.
