  • Represented a commercial bank in term loan and senior secured revolving credit facilities for specialty and petrochemical companies
  • Represented issuers and trustees in multiple senior secured notes offerings
  • Represented the administrative agent in a secured credit facility to a privately held natural gas midstream and marketing company
  • Assisted with numerous senior secured credit facilities for upstream and midstream portfolio companies of equity sponsors, with aggregate lending commitments ranging from $100 million to $500 million
